Mentoring is vital to your career growth! The person in receipt of mentorship may be referred to as a protégé (male), a protégée (female), an apprentice or, in recent years, a mentee. However, true mentoring is more than just answering occasional questions or providing ad hoc help. It is about an ongoing sense of learning, dialog, and challenge so we want to help our stars even more, please find our willing Mentors who will help you  grow in your path to greatness. Responsible for the original service proposition for Directgov, the UK Government’s citizen website, she also established and ran a new digital delivery division, the forerunner of the UK’s Government Digital Service. 
    Her background is in marketing, from Saatchi and Saatchi and Interbrand, to large-scale brand marketing in large organisations, such as BT and Cable & Wireless.

    Robin is an experienced Online GM / Managing Director with a strong Product Management and Product Development background, in the media and broadcast sectors.
    He is currently the Interim VP, Product & Solutions for Rightster, the fast growing online video distribution and monetisation platform that supports clients such as the Guardian, ITN, MP & Silva, and London Fashion Week.
    Robin also ran the online operations of the UK's largest commercial broadcasters; ITV and Global Radio. At ITV, he relaunched ITV Player, ITV News, and 2nd screen applications for programmes like The X Factor.
    Before joining Global Radio, he ran EU Product Operations for Yahoo!, managing the UX, web dev and SEO teams that designed and developed Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Eurosports, Kelkoo and Yahoo! Answers.

    Having started life in fashion and styling, Clare McDonald quickly fell in love with the web in those early days. Working with pioneering ecommerce websites, entertainment portals, interactive TV and future interfaces, Clare built and developed digital creative within bskyb. Clare creatively directed all applications and product development for the company for many years, developing content ideas and 2020 concepts along the way. But big ideas and branding were never far away.
    Clare for the last few years held the position of Executive Creative Director of Sky entertainment including channel branding and digital products, and more recently the Founder and ECD of Wonderful+Brilliant, a new creative house aimed at the entertainment, fashion and music industries.
    Clare dreams of making a truly wonderful Oscar winning interactive film, to have an 8 page shoot in Vogue, and to keep working with most fun and creative people there are across all fields!
